Beautiful finish, heavy duty quality. Doubt I'd ever need to, but would certainly buy this again and again.

This WAS a beautiful handle at a great price. Unfortunately, it failed after a year and a half. It simply stopped working. The door wouldn't open because the handle wasn't catching the deadlatch. My son was locked out at two in the morning because he couldn't get the door opened. We had to remove the handle and buy a complete new one.

These sets are gorgeous in person. I ordered 3 fit my home and they rival my other Baldwin locks. Very high quality appearance!

After a year of two children yanking, slamming and just generally being rough with the front door, the plastic bit that the outside lever actuates broke. Is it great? No, but for the cost it'll do the job for a while. With gentler children and proper door fitment, this will probably work for you.

I would have rated a one or below, but I know I generally ignore the lowest rankings, so I rated it a three so people will notice. I have made many reviews, this this the only time I really hated a product. Just do not buy this. I have not idea why this rates a 4+.PRO- looks nice.- install was fine. Not great, but fine.- Price good for a door we do not use that much.CONS- Crap construction. Within a few uses, the interior handle only worked in one direction. Then the exterior latch failed. Before I could dissemble and perhaps lubricate, or something, the interior handle failed in both directions. So now the door was stuck. Arrrrggg. I was able to pry the lock open, but as I worked it the unit just failed completely.So I am going to buy a name brand for $150 to avoid this again. In the case of lock sets, I guess you get what you pay for. Avoid this one. I suggest Amazon should investigate the reviews on this.

The media could not be loaded.  After months of waiting for house to be ready tried putting on final touches and product is used and broke. Missing screws and will not open and close correctly. Months of waiting to have finished home for family and have to order another one because of bad used product .

This is a gorgeous handleset, at a fair price. It shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. The deadbolt turns freely, with one hand. Very pleased with this product!

Finally my new door hardware has been installed and I love ❤️ it!Works well and the gold looks awesome against the black!Highly recommend!

We bought 4 of these for our brand new dream house build, 2 didn’t work right away, we contacted the seller, they could not replace them us to return them, upon returning all 4, we only received a refund for two, after 2 months of back and forth with the seller, and no progress, we reached out to Amazon and they refunded us promptly and apologized for the inconvenience, thank you Amazon, I would not recommend this seller based the poor customer service we received or the quality of their products.

Handle constantly stuck which locked us out of our house multiple times. Took it apart to find a piece was broken on the inside. Terrible product. And past the 30 days so can't even exchange it. Do NOT waste your money on this.

I was so excited about this item, it was the shade of brushed gold I was looking for, and the correct style. Was so disappointed when I pulled it out of the box to find the finish was not only defective (had a weird smear line right on the front) but also poorly brushed on. Does not look smooth and consistent. The hardware itself is quite flimsy and cheap. Rats. I had such high hopes, too.

This door handle will keep no one out.
