Fantastic for chopping vegetables and salads.
This is a fine knife that matches other knives in our kitchen from the same manufacturer. The nicer durable, stay sharp, and do a fine job.

Good knife for the price
Would have given 5 stars but the knife had several fingerprints embedded on the blade. Had to wash and polish a few times to get rid of them.

Great Knife-Great Price
This is a great knife at an affordable price. I have owned similar knives three times the price, and this performs just as well. I do a lot of smoking, so I use it frequently to cut meats and it holds a sharp edge.

Nice feel and sharp
Not made in Germany knife has a nice feel. Not too light and tang goes through the handle. Blade is sharp. It's a nice kitchen knife good for meats and vegetables. Peel garlic. Chop onions. Chuck pot roast. And so forth.
