Boning Curved Semi-Stiff Blade Fibrox Pro Handle

Great little boning knife. I used it this fall to process our deer and it worked great. Hair popping sharp out of the box (mine arrived solely in bubble wrap with a plastic blade cover. Not the best packaging.) If you are careful not to cut bone the edge will last for multiple deer. Used only this knife on an entire deer skinning and boning out. Cleaned the blade off with water and it still cut paper with ease and was still razor sharp. Highly recommend for the price.

This knife was originally a birthday gift for my husband for cleaning fish, and let me tell you, it's been a surprising hit! It turns out the design is fantastic not just for filleting, but also for general kitchen tasks. It's sharp, easy to handle, and cleans up beautifully. I've ended up using it so much, I might just need to buy him his own dedicated fish-cleaning knife! Highly recommend this knife for anyone who needs a quality tool for both fish prep and everyday kitchen use.

A well built 6" boning knife from a reputable manufacturer. It is ergonomic , sharp and well priced. Have done a bunch of brisket and Boston butt trimming and it's hold an edge very well. Two friends of miine have ordered the same knife after seeing mine in action. If it's good enough for the The Bearded Butchers it good enough for me. I would buy again. (Note: the sheath is one I picked up from Amazon to protect the knife from the elements and to protect me from the knife)

Good knife, I use it to trim brisket, pork shoulder etc. nice addition to my collection I use for smoking.

Needed a good boning knife without breaking the bank. Arrived super sharp. I have used it many time breaking down cuts of meat. Still very sharp. Has just a bit of bend that allows you to hug the bone.

Perfect knife for processing deer. Sharp knife that stays sharp and a quick touchup on the blade and it’s ready to go.

I'm a butcher/meat cutter so I use knife's daily. I know this brand is popular and we'll respected. With that being said the price is a bit high. Ultrasource is half the cost and a great knife. I have several and I'm pleased with the brand after 3years of using them. I still use the same two knife's daily. They hold an edge and shake back to life after continued use and abuse.

Love this knife. It was super sharp and did a super job while we were processing meat. Love the way it feels in the hand.
