This item works perfectly for what we needed.

Received the package without any obvious damage. (Cats love the box!)Removed and did inventory, all items present.Read the instructions and inserted my own (Duracell alkaline) batteries.Programmed the combination without a problem and then the fingerprint lock with 6 fingerprints without a problem.Fits perfectly into my standard 12" deep cabinet with the doors closed.Fits two 1960's vintage 4 1/2" barrel revolvers with 4 Speed Loaders.Door slams open if you don't catch it.Excellent overall.

I got the safe in November of 2022 and it worked fine until the batteries died without warning. I changed the batteries and the safe still didn't operate correctly. I contacted the seller and they responded immediately and with great customer service, they really stand behind their product. I got a new safe and it works perfectly!

Good features, accessibility and craftsmanship. Manual was a bit confusing, at the last step it reset all the finger prints and the code. There was also no info on the amount of finger prints it would accept.Overall good

Worked great for about the first 2 weeks. Now, fingerprint or code will not open the door. Blue light comes on and beeps and all as if it wants to open, but have to resort to using the key every time. Really defeats the purpose if it doesn’t work without the key.Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money to get something that’s more reliable. God forbid you have an emergency and need immediate access…
