I ordered MezmerEYES eye cream based on the claims by the seller, Protege that it would brighten up the eye area and reduce those nasty dark under eye circles. Well, after using this product twice a day for the past two months, I just don't see my dark under eye circles lessening a bit. What I do like about this product is its ability to penetrate the eye area quite smoothly, reduce some fine lines and firm the eye area a bit. I truly wasn't thinking this product would be the 'end-all-type-of eye cream / treatment' but, I was looking forward to a lighter, brighter looking under eye area. However, with that being said, I have found that this company, Protege, really stands behind their products 150+%. They have phenomenal customer service from the moment you order their products and it takes the form of diligent email communication, which includes detailed instructions on how to use and apply their products to any type of feedback (positive or negative) you would like to give. With their 'no-questions-asked' refund policy, trying any of their products gives the customer confidence that you can buy and try their products without any risk.

I have been using MezmerEYES eye cream for a few weeks now and here's my feedback thus far.- The cream is easy to apply and absorbs quickly when I apply it following the instructions provided. The area around the eyes does feel warm after applying.- My biggest hope was for this cream to tighten my upper eye lids and I have yet to see any noticeable results. I'm a 35-year old mother with average weight and average height. Since I had my 3 children in the past 5 years, my upper eye lids began to sag and wrinkle quite a bit. This cream has not helped in improving the elasticity of my eye lids. It makes me wonder if the cream was designed to target bags under eyes, or wrinkles around the eyes, or elasticity of eye lids. I really need help with the last one and have not seen any results.- It was initially hard to get the correct amount of cream out of the pump. But after several tries, I've figured out a way to very carefully give it a light push.

Highly recommended ! 10 years ago or so I suddenly developed very bad undereye bags and nobody really knows the source. I had given up on finding anything really. Just a try here again and half hoping...absolutely amazed by this product. After just 3 days, right eye is back to normal and left eye still has a bit of a lump but by "bad" I mean bad. I spent a lot of money on various products never mind the frustration.Was told by venders that there was no real product on the market which could be satisfactory.Well for me this works and I hope it will carry on working.Very good service also. There was a malfunction about the pump but was told that a replacement is being shipped. I am happy about that for the top of the bottle including the pump was stuck in the lid, had to use pencers to retrieve and tightened it back but pump does not work at all.Despite this, the reason I give 5 stars is that I was really taken aback. 3 days is nothing but my right eye is back to normal. My eye bags were way far worse than the pic the other lady provided. I am 50 but looked 150 and hid under coloured eyeglasses.My left eye still has a "lump", size of a chick pea where before I had a walnut.Only one product worked before, one recommended by a famous doctor on TV, but did not after a while and left a white residue and was only temporary. I did not use this product at night and fully expected to see my huge eye bags back in the morning. Not so.It is best not to apply any other eye product though. The bags kind of came back. I applied eye moisturiser on top and it was not a good idea.But then again I am only at day 3 and not sure about the product quality ( pump problem ).This is my first time with this company and I have been impressed so far.I might add that I have not been paid for fair review at all.EDIT : I changed my stars because product is not delivering anymore.The bottle was defective and was promised a replacement.Which never came...............I was suspicious when no date nor track number were provided.When I enquired later I was told that I had to contact amazon directly. Sorry......does not sit well with me. I paid lots of money for this and would have to send the bottle again ? out of my own pocket of course.Whatever the cause is, product worked beautifully for 4 days or so and then it stopped..contact with the air , my hands ? do not know. Bottle almost finished now also...with the waste.

Like nearly every other reviewer for this product, I've had dark circles under my eyes for it seems like my whole life. Even when I was a kid my mother would occasionally look at me and ask, "Do you feel OK? You've got these DARK CIRCLES under your eyes!" And now that I'm getting older sometimes they get puffy, too, which is even worse.So I've tried a lot of products over the years, and this is the best one yet. It was not the dramatic overnight miracle I was hoping for (that's why 4 stars instead of 5), but I've been using it for about a month now and there is definite improvement. My only regret now is that I didn't take a "before" picture!The things I really like about it are:- Before you even receive it in the mail you get an email from the company explaining exactly how to apply it. Be sure to follow those directions to the letter. I had overlooked the part about not putting it right on top of crows feet, which is why I think my results weren't as good at first - it's better now that I'm following the directions exactly.- When you put it on, you get a nice cool, tingling sensation, and you can actually feel it tightening the skin.So - not a miracle in a bottle, but the best thing I've found yet, and pretty reasonably priced, so I'm going to keep using it.

Nulla da dire sui tempi di spedizione (rispettati) e l'imballaggio (adeguato e contenitori giunti perfettamente sigillati). Per quanto riguarda l'efficacia, non ho notato alcun miglioramento nè in termini di riduzione del gonfiore (borse), nè riduzione dell'alone scuro (occhiaie). Non ho la sensazione di pelle abbastanza idratata dopo l'applicazione e una volta asciutto forma una specie di sottile pellicola poco elastica che non segue l'espressività del volto (creando addirittura rughette dirante i movimenti facciali!). Per il mio tipo di pelle e/o difetto non si è dimostrato efficace.

It had an off scent i did not like.I tried it for a while and didnt find it helped qoth dark circles

Same as usual for eye creams, they promise the world for your eyes, never happens, I guess there is some good in it, maybe long term use provides better results.
