Worth It!
It has been tough getting oyster sauce from the offline and online gourmet shops since the lockdown began, so I tried Amazon and found this Thai brand. It is surprisingly flavorful and rich. The plastic cap is well-screwed and does not leave spills that would have otherwise created rust (the way the metal caps of other oyster sauce brands do). Since the flavour is rather rich, I dilute the dose with a little water and dark soy sauce if I need a less robust taste. Keep the bottle refrigerated after first use to retain its potency.
