Works perfectly
1/2” to 3/8 reducer, rubber washer ensures no leaks. Tried one from Home Depot with no washer and it leaked, even with plumbers tape. This one is what you need.

Manufacturer did not specify that this is a 1/2” MIP fit, I needed a 1/2 in ID. Did not fit.
