It Helps!
This is just another way for me to minimize the effects of my migraine disease which is triggered by the barometric pressure. I find that if I put them in in a timely fashion it either reduces the pain or heads it off all together. Happy with this product and recommend to anyone who also suffers from weather related migraines.

Too large for some ear canals
These were TOO big and wide for my ear canal which made them hurt and I'd have to remove the earplugs. I couldn't use them.Someone with large ear canals would be fine, definitely not for kids or an adult with small ear canals like me. I used the regular standard earplanes and those were the right size.
