Voltage on whether this actually works or not is still ongoing only time will tell if it lowers the temperature.

My 1972 Oldsmobile 442 Convertible runs hot with the original 4 core radiator and belt driven fan. This keeps it from overheating. I also use this in my modern BMW cars for both the engine cooling and the air charge cooler for the turbos. Especially in my 750 with twin turbo "hot V" where the turbos are in the V of the block and get really hot.

I like to use it for a little extra safety for lowering coolant temp, great for motorcycles

I've seen testing (not professionally) and other videos validating this. Although it's not entirely clear, it does seem to have some effect. Realize that this stuff is to be added annually so it's not everlasting. I will continue using this stuff because I do have high performing vehicles and just knowing it could help is good enough for me.
