Fantastic book! I’m a beginner and it is answering all my questions and saving me from hours of googling. Love the images and the book is well written. Would recommend to anyone looking to expand their knowledge or start exercising for longevity.

This has been an incredibly comprehensive book of strength training. I have bought this book for my son and told May others about it. Highly recommend!
Without a doubt - best book purchase to help prepare me for my CPT exam! I just happened to finish all my “exam prep” books and grabbed this to start a few days before the test - SOOOO glad I did! It made everything “click” in very understandable ways.
