Solar Powered 8 Pack Outdoor LED Disk Lights - IP68 Waterproof, Non-Slip, Wear-Resistant Pathway Lights (Warm White)

I tried to find some nice lights for my walkway in my front yard for MONTHS. I wanted something pretty, but waterproof, solar was preferred but not mandatory, and easy to set up. I spent so much time reading reviews of outdoor lights it made me feel crazy. I looked at pretty much every price range, style and idea out there. What really sold me on these was actually that they're super waterproof. So many of the walkway lights claim to be waterproof, but they aren't actually IP68, they have lesser ratings and the reviews complaining about water getting in those ones, rusting them, and killing them off were plentiful. I live in Florida on the beach and sometimes it just rains so hard here and small flooding can happen and high winds I just know in advance that anything not super hardy in my yard will die out really fast. I'm not interested in wasting money on lights every few months. This basically over time and much to my dismay removed every pretty looking light out there. They were either not bright enough, not waterproof enough, or rusted out quickly. After that I looked into wired ones, and they were chalk full of issues as well, mostly connectivity and shockingly brightness and that was on top of me knowing I would either have to figure out how to set them up or pay someone to do it for me which I didn't like the idea of either. I finally stumbled on these and ya they're not pretty, but they looked easy and bright and they're actually waterproof IP68 rated. I put them in the ground in all of 5 minutes it was so easy and they light up my walkway effortlessly and brightly. They stay super bright all night, which I know very intimately because I work nights and often put my trash out just before sunrise. I am so pleased. I still wish they cast pretty light patterns onto my walkway and looked like amazing little charming somethings in my yard, but at the end of the day practicality wins over things being pretty. Thank you for such a great and easy way to give my yard some walkway safety lights. They've already survived high winds, and intense thunderstorms/rain.

After 6 months, the lights start to fail, and fill with water. Also, the spikes are cheap and bend easily, so you should pre-dig a hole with a screwdriver first.

I used these solar pendant lights last summer along my white PVC fence and it was stunning. The warm lighting gave the pathway a perfect ambiance. I started spring cleaning this year and put the pendant in the sun to charge and they are not lighting up anymore. Now I have to invest in more solar lights to get lighting along the pathway. What a disappointment.UPDATE:I have revised my 3 stars to 5 stars. Customer service for this product is outstanding. They contacted me after my review and made good on those broken pendant lights. My pathway is absolutely gorgeous again. Thank you Customer Service.

I wanted lights that mount flush in the lawn, so I can run over them with my lawn mower and not have to worry about trimming around them. These fit the bill nicely. They really do look nice at night, and are hardly noticeable in the lawn during daytime. After a sunny day, the batteries are charged enough to allow the lights to stay on all night. BUT . . .I've had them for just over a year now. One light has failed completely, and on most of the others, a few of the individual LEDs have burned out. I only needed 8 lights, but bought the 12 pack, so I have replacements for complete failures.If you do chose to buy these, I recommend first loosening the soil where they'll be installed. As others have noted, the mounting stakes aren't very sturdy.

Purchased a 12 pack 1 year and 4 months ago, February 8th 2024. of the 12, these 6 exhibited issues. 3 have only 2 LEDS working, 2 have 3 LEDs working and 1 has 7 LEDs (one is very dim) working. The other 6 lights are still working but I guess I can expect them to have issues soon as well. When they work they look great. I just wish that they would last longer.

The lights work great and it's an amazing bargain for the price. My lights stay on most of the night and I've actually seen a couple of them with full brightness early the next morning when I let my dog out. The vendor is super cooperative as they replaced the one light that wasn't working with no questions asked. I highly recommend this.
