why are these out of stock everywhere?

For real. I been waiting since last purchased which was in March 2021. Litterally looked all over Google. Target. Amazon is really trying to charge 40$ for two? Bopping us. My last puchase said 19.95 making them 10 $ each. Now they 20? Rip off

Does the faster basic pitcher filters fit the 11 cup pitcher?

That is an important thing to know. Yes, the newer faster basic pitcher filter will fit all of our current and recent pitchers, so you do not need to replace your pitcher. I have a really old pitcher cr-500/cr-600/cr-620. will those filters fit?

That is a good question. The PPF900Z and the PPF951K (lead reducing pitcher filters) will not fit the CR-500/CR-600 pitchers. For further support, please reach out to us directly. Our email and phone number can be found in your Owner’s Manual or on our PUR website.

Does the faster pour remove less contaminants than the slow pour? And does it remove Lead?

We will be happy to clarify this. Our Lead reducing pitcher filters are rated to filter 23 contaminants from the water, including Lead. The Fast Flow filters (these ones) are only rated to filter 14 contaminants from the water, and this does not include lead.
