Microsoft Xbox Series S or X Wireless Controller Robot White plus VGSION battery

After getting a controller that didn't work with my Xbox X charging station, I decided to order this which is an original Xbox controller. It's an all white color called Robot White, works with the charging battery that came with my controller and has a USB C connection for it. Not only does it function well with the Xbox X, but it also charges on the Xbox X charger that I have. Oddly that the description indicates it comes with a VGSION battery, which I thought might be a charging battery but it doesn't come with that. Fortunately for me my charging station came with 2 charging batteries ;-)

I was looking for a newer gen white controller and i’m glad i went with this one. I got this and a cute little cover to go on it. It looks really clean and sleek, feels nice when holding it and playing games. i really like that the top buttons are white instead of black. I should’ve taken a pic without the cover as well but for some reason i didn’t. The name of the cover is geekshare controller skin if anyone else likes it/ is interested in getting it.btw it did not come with rechargeable battery but i already had some so that wasn’t an issue for me. Overall i’ll give it a 10/10.

I did notice if you read down below it says it comes with VGSION easy open shipping package. Vgsion authorized only. Xbox does not make a "plus" version so the wording "plus" vgsion battery. Implies it comes with a battery. I was actually unable to find that brand of battery for a controller. But since it's the same price as the controller and battery from Microsoft combined it was obviously expected to come with a rechargeable battery. This is a blatant play on words and I would refuse to buy ant product from a company that deploys a strategy such as this. Needless to say it is being returned.

DOES NOT COME WITH THE VGSION BATTERY AS ADVERTISED. Reading through the reviews I can see that other buyers had the exact same issue. Reported it to Amazon and they sent a replacement WHICH ALSO DID NOT HAVE THE BATTERY. I guess it's cool to have two controllers for the price of one, but I still need to acquire a damn battery.The controller itself is outstanding, obviously. These things seem indestructible and last a long time.

Best controller among all. I’ve used some others, but found this original ones the best of all.

This is so cool works with windows 11 smooth way better than my other controllers I had. Just wished it came as advertised with the rechargeable batteries
