Ordered based on size guide to my body measurements. 33-34 waist, 38 hips and purchased Medium. Well-made. Good quality material and keeps you cool. Unfortunately was really tight on the waist and a bit tight on the legs to the point it was cutting in rather than giving compression. Returned and order sized Large and the fit is perfect!

Needed to replace my previous UA compression shorts that have lasted over 5 years. These have a very good fit, they don't ride up and have excellent sweat wicking. I use these for kickboxing/ju-jitus/running , the side-pocket for a phone seems a bit superfluous. Usually I'm a size L, but if you have large legs go a size up to XL, the waistband has good elasticity, won't slip and doesn't 'pinch'. Overall, 10/10 for quality, performance and value. Highly recommended.

Everything about these is class. The fit, comfort, length, added pocket, workmanship, just class. If you don't like your underwear snug then don't bother but I rate them 5 stars any day.

Great sports Lycra style under shorts. I’m 35 waist with small/average thighs and Large is perfect fit, secure but not too tight. Used for additional support after groin strain recovery. Now used all the time for gym and tennis and additional pairs purchased.

My go to running and phys undershorts. For me, pair well with 5 inch shorts over the top. Am 5'7.5, 29 inch inside leg. Not too long and not too short.
