Set up to hatch fertilized eggs and the heater failed after the 3rd day , needs a new heater and will try again , no customer support? Need to locate a new heater that’s durable

Virtually impossible to keep humidity at proper levels. Used 2 hygrometers to ensure proper readings. Very little water would send to 80-90%, then drop to 30-40 overnight. Spend extra and get one that might need less then 24/7 tending. Will be returning

This incubator does the job but you will want to get a hygrometer for it. I got a couple of calibrated thermometers and a hygrometer to keep inside while it is running. The incubator temperature is slightly off, so I go off the temperatures on the thermometers I got. It runs quietly. If you take the styrofoam off so you can look inside, it will have a harder time maintaining the right temperature especially if you keep it in a cool place. I took the styrofoam off so we can watch but I keep a heating pad underneath to help it maintain temperature.

Plugged it in, it burned out. The fan didn't work.

Excellent temperature control. Utilizes safe, long lasting carbon fiber heating element. Built-in LED egg candler on top. Egg turning by means of rollers, but only turn in one direction which may cause problems during chick development. There is no humidity control or display. Must add a hydrometer and add water manually. Overall, very adequate for the price.
