Peas makes you jacked!
People, please don't just go by negative reviews. I saw a couple of negative reviews where they were complaining that it tastes like mushed peas. But... isn't that what it's made with?? Wow!People, this is a great whey protein alternative which will contain chickpeas and other non dairy goodies. 3 flavors offered - vanilla, chocolate and plain.I got the vanilla but definitely wasn't expecting it to taste like a Cold Stone Creamery super vanilla ice cream. So just use common sense, peas will taste like peas but it has the protein you're looking for. Forget the rest of the sugarholics expecting their protein podwer to taste like ice cream.Pea protein powder, 7/10! Weird taste at first, but you remember that you're drinking pea protein.Update - Vanilla flavored pea protein is now so much better to my taste palette. I taste the vanilla more. And I got jacked from working out, enjoying this vanilla pea protein and healthy meals. Work hard, get your reward!

Good but strong flavor
Great quality and I don’t get an upset stomach, however even with vanilla flavor it is very strong. I have to mix with coffee (instant) in my shakes be be bearable and only use 1 scoop instead of two. Tried with berries and flavor is still so overwhelming. Might try the no flavor next time because then at least I can mix in savory foods.

Lower Protein content now, disappointing
I bought a small jar just to try it out and I actually liked it since the taste was decent and the protein content was 25g per serving. Vanilla flavor is about 5g of sugar which could be a little elevated. I wanted to purchase the unflavored version but now it turns out that the protein content went down to 18g from 27 g of protein when I saw it last week. Contacted the company no response yet; slightly disappointed

Decent product, bad flavor, has poisons
It’s that kinda fine powder that makes a mess no matter how careful you are. The vanilla flavor is not even noticeable. I’m not drinking it for the flavor though so it still gets three stars. It has a lot of amino acids in it which many plant proteins lack. Also, I’ve had pea proteins before that wouldn’t dissolve properly no matter what you did with them, this one doesn’t have that problem it dissolves quite well. It has a chalky texture and less than pleasant aftertaste but again, it’s not intended to be a treat. The lack of extra unnecessary ingredients is also something that I like, other powder that taste like candy drink are going to have something in them you don’t want to be putting into your body. I don’t enjoy drinking it as a shake, but it gets the job done just right and I think it will be perfect for smoothies as it will add healthy protein, amino acids and will help to thicken the smoothie more than other protein powders would. I feel like a little peanut powder with it in a shaker cup would fix any and all flavor complaints. Again I got the vanilla so I can’t speak for the other flavors. If it had better flavor I’d give it another star, if it had more methane I might give it the final star.I’ve heard the company say the protein is third party tested but I haven’t seen any posted results. Also it’s not NSF certified for sport, both of those things are cause for concern. I would also need to see the lead and cadmium content report before I could give it any more stars. These days you have to be real particular.UPDATE: I just read that it contains below 0.15 MCG of lead, mercury and Cadmium which is enough to cause complications with repeated exposure. I will not be repurchasing.

Clean ingredients, great price!
Definitely one of the cleanest vegan protien powders out there. Great calorie to protien ratio. You really can't beat the cost for the cleanliness of the product. I ordered the vanilla flavor and it's not great tasting (I think I'll try the unflavored pea protien next time). However, I mixed it with half a banana, cacao powder, and bit of almond milk and it does the trick.

Best protein powder I’ve found
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I read on google that pea protein was good for baking instead of whey protein that dries out baked goods. Google was right. This product just made the most delicious protein muffins ever! They are soft and moist inside. Effectiveness:Very effective for baking and protein shakes. Haven’t tried anything else yet but can’t wait too. Value for money:Quality over quantity is a must here. Does it cost a bit yes. Is it worth it? Yes! This product will always be on my shelf as a bariactric patient. I have yet to try it by itself as a shake but I’m definitely willing to try that. Baking by far has my amazing interest. Protein muffin picture included!

Definitely recommend!
I really love this protein powder. I have bought it three times already and will continue to purchase it! It has clean simple ingredients and for a great price. I used to buy the Arbonne protein powders, but it just got to expensive! I think they were $60 a bag plus having a subscription. This protein powder is very similar and not as sweet which I really like. Sometimes I will add cacao powder if I am going for a chocolatier vibe, but without the sugar and calories of a chocolate protein powder. I usually have this as my morning on-the-go breakfast since I am a teacher and it fills me up with just one large scoop in my smoothie. Highly recommended if you are on a budget but want something with great quality.
