Love this! The purple is sparkly and sturdy. The clip in the front and the closure clip are sturdy as well, no issues. I love that i can finally hold my paperwork in it so I don't have to have a separate folder entirely. Fits great in my backpack, lightweight yet durable.

This clipboard has survived nursing school and clinicals. I highly recommend. The only downside is the latchet will become a bit loose with use but it is still highly functional.

I've had one for several years that the corners are starting to chip; mainly due to me dropping it. I ordered this one to have on hand when the other eventually dies. The clip and latch work well and it holds a decent amount of papers. Love the color (or lack thereof)

I’ve gone through several clipboards just because I’ve been trying to find one that works well in several areas for me. This is it so far..easy to open, and it opens like a book which I prefer compared to others that open from above or below. It can hold papers obviously so that was another factor, the color is a plus. Very subtle but stylish. The only issue I have is the clipboard kind of comes undone in one area at the top and I have to snap that part in place. It’s not a big deal, and definitely not a deal breaker for me because I still use it. I could probably super glue that area. It could’ve just been a flaw with my particular clipboard but you know, gives it character. It wasn’t worth sending back at all and honestly if the whole spine did come undone completely, I’m still able to snap it all back together without it being a total crisis. So that’s actually a plus. Overall, its still sturdy, lightweight, and cute.

Excellent clip board for someone on the go! The clip itself is made of metal, and is extremely strong. I am confident that if I have a piece of paper in the clip, a strong wind will not be able to blow the paper off. The board's surface is very slightly textured, but not to the extent that it would effect writing. Writing on paper on top of the board is smooth, as it should be for a clip board. What sets this board apart from regular clipboards is of course, the storage. This is great for those who need it for on the job, who have several pieces of paper that they need to store and take around with them. Storage is limited since this clipboard is slim. This makes sense as being slim makes it more mobile. With that said, you can easily carry many papers around with you. You can even carry pencils/pens with you inside the board (although there is no dedicated places for it). I gave 4 stars under Sturdiness as it is made of plastic. I am sure if you accidently step on it, chances are good that it will break. Sturdiness and Durability are the same to me. Storage Capacity I gave 5 stars, because since it is limited in storage, I feel you can fit a lot inside the board for a slim board. The clip that locks the board closed is also plastic, and tightly closes the board. I do not see it possible to accidently opening this board. With that said, opening the clip that locks the board to me is an easy task. The board itself opens nicely, having hinges that allow it to open easily and stay open. With that said, it is plastic and will break if abused. But that is true for pretty much most things. If used as a clip board should be used, I am confident this board will give many years of good quality use. I highly recommend this board.

This is the first SlimCase 2 I’ve purchased. I have 2 of the original Dexas SlimCase clipboards and they have held up wonderfully. This one seems just as good so far. I like how it opens on the side instead of the bottom. These are great in our homeschool setting so they really don’t get a lot of abuse, but hold up well to young children and daily use. These are great for putting essential pencils, pens and erasers in and having daily work organized. They have also been really useful for when we do outside activities or anything away from our designated schoolroom. I also appreciate the color options for a personalized touch for each child. These have helped us stay organized and seem durable enough for what we need.

I really wanted to love this clipboard because the pink glitter design is even cuter in person. It’s exactly the aesthetic I was looking for, and the slim storage feature is really convenient for keeping papers organized. It feels lightweight but still sturdy overall. Unfortunately, mine arrived with a small plastic piece near the hinge area broken off. It wasn’t a huge break, but it was noticeable and made me worry about durability, so I decided to return it. I was disappointed because I loved the look of it and it would have been perfect for what I needed. Aside from that issue, the design and concept are great. I would have kept it if it had arrived in perfect condition.

This is the worst product I have purchased from Amazon. Maybe the old saying is right: " You get what you paid for." For the price, it's not worth sending back. The lock that holds the two halves together has no grip and opens by just touching it. I have only had it a day, but now I have an elastic band holding the front and back together. This saves me from having to keep picking the papers from the floor. I will be looking for an alternative on Amazon.

Bought for use at work and it’s very sturdy and used every single day! Colour is lush and it’s lightweight! Ticks all the boxes for daily use in my healthcare job!
