This Plasma torch is of very good quality. I was pleasantly surprised. I definitely recommend this torch.

I liked the type of cutting head

I purchased this to replace the cheap o one that came with my cut 50. I will say it is a nicer torch. Consumables are cheap. Only thing I did not like was the trigger was very soft. The spring action of the switch is very weak. It does work but make another wise very sturdy replacement feel somewhat cheap.

Update:Amazon is amazing. The first torch I got was in used condition and apparently missing pieces. There were no pigtails in the first torch. Only bad solder. Amazon shipped out a return quickly and the new torch definitely lives up to the reviews. Just make sure you use a 140W soldering gun and not a weak 30W soldering iron, to make the pilot arc connection. Flux helps too. I probably wouldn’t buy from this company directly, but with the Amazon customer service, it’s a great deal. Very happy with the second torch.Original review:The torch I received was used. There was sloppy solder on the pilot arc connection and tool marks all over the unit. It looks like I probably received a torch that was returned and “refurbished.” If it lasts, great. If not, I definitely won’t be buying anything from this company again.

This torch is so much better than the one that came on my Zeny Cut50. It was a PT31 style torch and every time I'd use it (heavy hobby use) I replaced the consumables multiple times for a long cut in heavy material(1/8" cuts up to 1/2" severance). Electrodes would just blow out. The electrode in this style torch is not exposed so it doesn't hurt it to drag cut and it is better protected from splashback. With my original torch I was having to cut very slowly to go through 3/16 plate. I put this on and was able to cut it almost as fast as I can drag the torch. My unit is not a pilot arc unit so I just tucked the wire on the torch away and wired up the switch. I will update if anything goes wrong with it, but so far I'm loving it!

That cut or c312. It's a 3 in 1 Tig,stick and plasma cutter in one small unit.I bought this replacement torch because the original torch did not start right or even maintain an arc at all really. Even with hours of testing ,mods ....ect, I could not get a decent cut. Waste of my time !This replacement torch simple to replace. Same fitting. I had to solder the two switch wires and mechanically bonded with the wires in hose.It works awesome! And really does not go through consumables too fast. Great for the cost!!Basically use this torch to replace the crappy torch on Chinese machine.

Wrong torch

Works way better than torch that came on my Lotos LTPDC2000D cutter. CONSUMABLES SETS are cheaper! That's why I replaced the torch that came with it. Easy to replace just take small screw's out and air hose unscrews inside handle. Had to cut shrink wrap off air hose fittings I cut pilot arc wire and hooked wire to new head and used liquid electrical tape on it. Can do the two wires for the trigger the same. I just used the head of this new torch and it fits inside of my Lotos torch. It cuts so much better now.

Schneller Umbau von Kontakt auf Kontaktloszündung. Nur zusätzlich ein Kabel mit eingezogen (was ich noch hatte) und nach Anschlußbelegung angeklemmt. Funktioniert tadellos!

This product appears to be a universal fit-in for small plasma cutters (40A,220V). Recommend you have one on hand to help you finish a project. At this price it is normal to be careful not to drop, bang or otherwise mis-treat this torch. Respect its limitations and happy cutting!
