Q: Is this safe on clear coated rims?

I don't use it on the rims, only on the tires.

Q: Does this work better than purple power?

In my experience, it's an amazing tire cleaner. It makes them bleed orange and brown even before agitation.

Q: Are there any chemical smell from this tire cleaner? If so... whats it similar to...?

Not much smell at all. I do typically use outdoors though.

Q: My wheels are not ceramic coated but instead have a sealant on them. Will runoff or overspray remove the sealant and damage my painted wheels?

This product should not damage your wheels...but keep in mind, exercise care when you are using the cleaner and make sure to clean the tires only.
