The product's taste and quality is great; since it is non-fortified, it is well-suited for the body as well. You can either sprinkle them on top of meals that you consume on a day-to-day basis / I usually just take a small teaspoon of the yeast and consume it directly.Kudos to Alla's team since the packaging mentions your name , it makes you feel the product is personalized for you , which it is :D

Very natural cheesy taste & fresh product. Non fortified.

The flavour can be described as roasted and cheesy. It's a product of Estonia.I have tried urban platter nutritional yeast as well but but didn't really notice any big changes in my health.I'm skeptical, as this is promoted as a super food yet didn't notice big changes.Anyway for those who still want to buy it, the quality is good, the yeast is fresh, you also get a small note with the product with your name on it. It's worth buying it.

Better than the other available brands - particularly a lot better than fortified yeast flakes.

My doctor recommended nutritional yeast but every mainstream company was selling *fortified* product, which tbh is as good as not having nutritional yeast at all. After a lot of digging i found this brand and I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED AT ALL. Infact they exceeded my expectations, i received my package with my name on it. The yeast is actually healthy and in great condition. So yeah I'll definitely buy more and you should too

Effects shows on skin etc in few days. Packed with b vits

This is my first time trying nooch and I didn't get the taste of cheese after adding it to my salads, noodles. The taste was way to subtle for me to notice any change. Gonna stick to MSG for the umami, nooch is not worth the price.
