Definitely Moisturizing. Not effective
Have been using the product religiously for 11 days till now. Twice a day. Can't really see any difference but also no side effect so that's good as I have sensitive skin. Don't know how long to use for visible results.Edit after a month: it's extremely soothing but if there are any effects seen they are very little. I find it very calming thus will continue to use until the bottle it over. Will update then.Edit: update after 3 months.... Absolutely no difference. Used it regularly twice a day exactly as instructed.
