Package arrived in poor condition, box was open and there were missing pieces
Trying to find out how to get the missing springs before I can start to replace my brake pads with these new ones.

Not for AWD CR-V!
I ordered these several months ago and just now got around to installing them on my 2012 CR-V. After pulling the caliper apart I was shocked to find that despite the box being marked as applying to a 2012-2013 CR-V, these pads are not the correct size. As the other reviewer has said, they are short by about 1/2".EDIT: A trip to the local Honda dealership provided answers. These pads will only fit the 2WD CR-V (2012-2013), not the AWD model; The AWD part number is 45022-T0A-A00. I wish Amazon's "will it fit my car" tool better differentiated between the 2WD and AWD models.I had originally rated these as 1-star, but now that I know they were the wrong part for the AWD I'm revising my rating to 5-stars as technically there is nothing wrong with the pads themselves, only with the sellers/amazon's description.

Work just like factory brakes.. wait these ARE the factory breaks, about the same price as other high end brakes, but these actually come with the wear indicator.

Good except parts were missing.
Came from the Amazon Warehouse and was missing three of four springs which hold the brake shoes apart. When reported, Amazon made a price adjustment. Otherwise, shoes are installed and seem fine.

Exactly what I needed!
As far as the reviews go, this was exactly what was described on amazon. My mechanic was shocked that I purchased it through Amazon and got the right part. This was highly recommend by a Honda Certified Technician and I'm looking forward to years of great performance from these brake pads
