Holds bulk floss just fine. It’s the same style we use at the dentist office I work at.

I am using with Listerine UltraClean floss and it works quite well. Easy to load - just unscrew the top screw like pieced it comes apart. It could be less bulky but it saves a little bit of money and plastic so I am happy with it.

You'll need this dispenser for the big rolls of the dental floss that goes with it. Simple to load and operate.

I have a specific floss I used to buy in bulk, and this was a perfect match. I no longer have to wind it up on my smaller, more portable case. There are two small cutters on the metal piece, but they don't always hold the floss string in place after the cut. I wish there could be an extra holder near the cutter, because the length of floss that remains after the cut is rather small. Other than that, I find this a great purchase although the price is a bit high for a mere plastic case like this.
