Silicone did not cure after many days and took me a long time to pour out and clean. I'm not sure what went wrong, but I mixed really well and followed the instructions. Perhaps a defective product?

The only reason this product got 4 stars is because it came with no instructions on how to use, except for using it as a 1:1 ratio. I had to research how to get good results with this product. On the great side, this liquid silicone makes beautiful molds. Very detailed and bubble free. I've made more than just the two I pictured, and have used them quite a few times before writing this review. A lesson I have learned. As much as you think it's better and less expensive, don't use cardboard. I did on my first few molds, and it leaked if I didn't seal it enough. I lost product that way. Use foam core board. It may not be free like cardboard, but it's worth it. One sheet makes a lot of mold holders. A glue gun is a must. It seals all those crevices. I use 2 different types, depending on the mold I'm making. Don't waste space. If you can get more than one piece in a single mold, do it. I should have added more to the one I had multiple pieces in. I had too much wasted space and product. Because this is clear, it will be harder to judge where the material is on top of the piece you are molding. I use a pin to judge where it is, so I know if I need to add more product or not. If it has too thin and area in any spit, the mold will rip. All in all, I really like the product. I've had so much fun with it, and it has given me many more ideas for my resin creations.

Easy and straight forward. Make sure to read the entire thing TWICE to make sure you fully understand each process. Good price point for a small project , if you need more i would probably look for a more budget friendly option . I would recommend to people trying to learn or dip into the art of silicone mold making.

If you’re having difficulty getting this product to set it’s likely because you’re mixing it wrong. It is a one to one ratio for parts A and B and to measure the amounts it’s best to use a gram scale and not a measuring cup. Additionally DOUBLE MIX. Meaning pour parts A and B into separate containers and then pour part A into part B’s cup and mix for 3 minutes. Then pour the mixed contents of A and B BACK into part A’s cup and mix again for 3 minutes. I used this method and it set in 4 hours.

It's good for the price. If you're new to mold making with silicone, this is a good product to start with. Stir for about 5 minutes (or if the mixture starts to feel a bit stiff because the weather can affect curing time), and it's ready to pour~! It came out great and the molds themselves look great!
