LloydPans 7x2.25 inch Deep Dish Pizza Pan, Pre-Seasoned PSTK, Self Stacking

When I received mine first thing I noticed was some "nicks" of silver around the edge, second thing I noticed was a card saying (and I'm paraphrasing because it's been a few months) those are a normal part of the manufacturing processes because these made are for function, not form.The pizza never sticks, always cooks evenly and I couldn't be happier with them. 2 pans uses < 1/4 of your standard 15" pizza recipe (3.5 cups flour). I always make 2 pies for 3 adults and just half the recipe, which leaves me with just enough to make another 7"+/- "thin crust" for the 5year old.

It also fits perfectly inside a instapot.

This pan is an amazing tool...my only regret is that I didn't buy a couple more..lol but I will, and it gives the ocassion to act like a pizza maker..baking them ahead..lolThey are truly ready to cook, I tried no oil like they say to do, then I tried oil..they really don't need to be, and it helps the dough stay where you want before baking,if you do not... I love that they are USA made.. I will buy more, they are worth every penny...my hats off to the Lloyd's people...thank you!!!

The LloydPans 7x2.25 inch deep dish pizza pan is the same quality and features as the 12 inch pan, but in a smaller size. I reduced my dough to 45% of the amount I used in the 12 inch pan, and get a good result. I had to experiment with baking temperature/time a bit to optimize with the smaller pan size, but that's not the fault of the pan.

I have been looking around for a while now for a Deep Dish Pizza Pan, I live in Europe it's almost impossible to fine.I ordered it straight away although the postage & import fees were more than the pan, "I am a Big Pizza Lover"!I will be making my 1st deep pizza tomorrow, pleased I should have ordered two silly me! this size we do not have here. I will be ordering a 2nd one at a later date it is exactly what I have been looking for, for quite a while now. Pleased & Proud owning a Lloyd Pan
