Don't take more than the prescription
Don't take more than the prescription and you will be fine. Idk if biotin actually works or it is just another fad, but it worked for me along with the diet and exercise. Got a good set of hair on my head and some thick nails.

Not good for everyone
It increased the hair fall. hair became very thin and started breaking so easily, ki 1 baar hath marne pe 12-14 hairs started to break..
