Spoiled
Item took more than two days. When it arrived it was in a sealed very hot bag with a completely melted ice bag also warm. The expiration date was only one month away and when cutting the meat it had a spoiled stench so didn’t try to consume

Loved this Salame!!
Got here so stinking fast and this salame was amazing! I truly enjoyed it! Thank you for having the option to purchase from Sacramento all the way in Florida!

SPICY!
Fair warning...this coppa is mighty hot. Almost too hot to be eaten alone, but combined with other ingredients, mascarpone, bread...it is quite good. I will try the mild version next time...Well packaged and delivered.

Too hot for reasonable enjoyment
I like spicy food, I like to order Wild sauce at Buffalo wild wings. That being said I think this product is too spicy because it is far beyond what I would consider normal heat for an Italian meat product. It doesn't allow you to eat say a sandwich sized portion in reasonable comfort and worse I think it tries to mask a little of the flavor which is not A+. It is not bad tasting, and the buyer may like it more than myself. 3/5
