These are much better than the last ones we had. They do not come with ratcheting parts. We have them welded on so do not require

Works great and a good price
I bought these to replace the original straps on my tow dolly and I love them. My originals were poorly designed and didn't work well on smaller diameter tires,these are much easier to use and fit a 13 inch tire perfectly. Highly recommend
