This book is precise about indian foods that our forefathers used and we all growing up eating those.Although, i feel that some deapth is missin it.But still worth a while.To conclude, precise and easyiest way to healthy lifestyle without spending so much amount of money.Btw i am an exercise physiologist.

Its a good book with lots of information around the 10 specific food items mentioned in the book. I wish it had more details around the grains or pulses or vegetables which we eat regularly.
