Very handy
It’s a compact ladder and very useful. Easily extended and conveniently collapsible though one has to be careful not to let fingers or thumb caught. Sturdy enough to hold even a weighty person to reach the top of shelves or to trim tall plants. ThNks for a good product. Yes, it came well packed too.

Good one but untill some height.
See it's best until 12 feet. The upper part slides right or left when we climb it starts shaking further feet. Don't know if design problem or need grip . But it served our purpose of cleaning window of 1st floor. Do something to stand sturdy. Heavy when you lift higher I mean to open. Rest it's good until 12 to 15 feet. Easy installation. Little damage in transit with dent and scratches.

Impressed
I’m really impressed by this telescopic ladder, occupies less space than most ladders but does the job perfectly fine, I always had the issue to get long & heavy ladders into my house but this one fits perfectly into any small spaces and can be moved quite easily. My double height roof has always been a difficult task to clean and do any electrical work for repairs of fans, lights and chandeliers. Now I have no problem to get it done because of my Equal Portable & Extension 22ft Telescopic ladder. It can be taken in the car or in a two wheeler with a helper holding it to any place required. Superb product overall very satisfied with my purchase. Had been looking for something like this for a very long time.
