lost power to all buttons on 2003 gmc yukon driver side door. took the door panel off, removed a screw holding the board, popped it off. Swapped the board, re-connected 4 cables, bam, works like a charm. Perfect replacement

Replaced my broken drivers side master switch assembly with this one. After having it installed for over 2 month the weather turned cold and caused issues with my vehicle. Although the functionality of the windows, mirrors and door locks worked fine the thing I couldn’t see was the power it was drawing causing me to be stranded from dead batteries. To say the least I was super frustrated! After a ton of money dumped into shops trying to find the parasitic draw on the battery, tearing apart my vehicle telling me I needed to have my instrument cluster tested and on and on they finally found out that this assembly was the problem. A brand new product that most people would think was working fine from the outside was eating up my battery with an small current draw. Didn’t really notice it if I drove my vehicle daily and didn’t let the battery get too low but not driving it for a few days or having colder weather caused stress on the battery which stranded me multiple times. I was pissed at the time. I purchased this because it came from a reputable company like Dorman. I will need to rethink any purchase from Dorman moving forward. A $100 switch has to date now lost me over $1000 in batteries and shop labor and weeks of my life to find a solution. Oh and to top it off I’m passed my warranty for returning it and quite frankly am so mad that I don’t even want to waste another second of my life on this. I have purchased and installed a used OE switch that is working without any issues. Dorman’s quality control is failing on this product, buyers beware!!!!!!

2004 suburban. exactly as you’d hope for and expect. perfect replacement. update: well, it LOOKS like a perfect replacement and worked for a short time. maybe the switch died, or maybe the car has other electrical issues, but it no longer works.

The GOOD - it works, now all my windows work, and the side mirrors work. The BAD - the new module made the light on the drivers side door (inside the door) always stay on and drain the battery - I used a screwdriver to pry the light and pulled the bulb out. So no more battery drain.

I replaced the switch assembly to fix issues with seat heater. Seat heater would come on go through all modes and shut off on its own even in summer. Replacing the switch assembly fixed issues with seat heaters. Great price easy installation and great fit.

Junk out of the box - Strange mirror behavior and battery draw. I recently purchased this item, and have now exchanged it twice because of strange electrical problems that it has caused. It not only causes a electrical draw, but the mirrors have a mind of it's own. The second switch causes dash lights to remain on. Returned both, bought one from a salvage yard, and solved all of my issues. Dorman claims it doesn't need to be programmed (which seems odd to me with a 2003 truck considering we have an automotive shop, but even that isn't possible. Would give zero stars if possible, and VERY GLAD it was on a personal vehicle, because if I had to deal with this for a customer, I'd be getting a bad review myself.

Just got it today and it's a perfect fit in our 2003 Chevy Suburban. My 16-year-old son easily installed it himself (it's his car now). Works perfect so far!

The model fits fine but has been noting but a problem since installed. First it went out and refuses to communicate with the truck. It wouldn’t unlock or roll down the windows. Then it works but drains the battery dead in less than 2 days by leaving the door light on at all times. Only because Amazon wouldn’t l let me give it 1 star, it gets a 2.

El control está hecho con buen material es un producto escaso en el mercado de repuestos y este producto es excelente un poco elevado el precio pero es más caro no tenerlo...
