Tastes great
It takes a while need to let it stand for 2 hours, but that's okay. Yes it's totally high in sodium, but I need that going in and helps me to eat it in moderation. Great price, great product.

Good Falafel mix
I never tried this brand before but will definitely buy it again. It adsorbed the water and mixed exactly like they had written on the box. I like the crunchy texture and flavor. It fried up crispy and tasty.

Crunchier than other brands
Very good, although we are falafel fanatics.The grind is Corser, then typical falafel mixes, which resulted in a very crunchy texture like cooked seeds.

Bland and Bad Texture
My regular brand was out of stock, so I tried this one, and it was not good. There's very little seasoning, and the worst part is the texture. I soaked the mixture the way the directions said, and the cooked product was almost crunchy. The next batch I soaked for twice as long as the directions said, and it still had that crunchy mouth feel when I cooked it up. I do not recommend this product.
