An amazing tool for painters
I use this to trace drawings I’ve done onto my painted canvas. It makes it way easier for me to finish my paintings this way. It shows up on medium to dark background colors. I can use the same piece several times. I think about 10 or 12 is the most I’ve pushed it. With no issues.I also have bought other colors from this brand. I don’t recommend any other color but the slate/gray/black. The red, blue, and green doesn’t come off easy and hard to blend into the background.

Love this Product
I buy this transfer paper repeatedly. I use is in my ceramics, mosaics, and copper work. It is very versatile in all my craft projects.

The yellow color is very difficult to see
A tracing paper needs to be able to be seen to be functional. Even though the image from the paper transferred well, it was very difficult to see, which lowers the effectiveness.

Not quite as expected
I like the color as it works well on darker areas. However, I used it on a white surface and it was permanent! It's hit and miss for me.

Great transfer paper
This paper works great transferring patterns to glass with clear lines that are easy to see.

Re: Almost 5 starts
This is great carbon paper I love it as it doesn't smear. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that you need a dark background to see where your lines are. Also a bonus would be if you didn't have to tear and cut it off. Otherwise it is super for those dark backgrounds. :)

Saral Transfer Paper
I have used Saral Transfer paper for years. I have a woodworking craft business and transfer patterns to birch plywood in order to paint the designs. I have found that the blue and the white both work very well. When a design I am painting has dark and light areas and I want to transfer details, I use yellow since it will show up on either area. I would say that I use blue the most and use the same cut sheet over and over again. It lasts quite long. I haven't had quite as good success with the black, so I haven't ordered it in a long time. The aforementioned three colors work best for my purposes. All three colors leave clear marks where used and without any stray marks or smudges. It erases fully when needed. Great product.

Perfect for tracing over acrylic
I'm new to painting, and this has worked great when I want to trace a drawing (not my forte!) over an acrylic background. Can use and reuse the same sheet over and over, so there's a lot of value in this large roll.

Perfect
Works well to transfer drawings onto canvas. I pressed too hard the first time and the yellow was difficult to cover, but so long as you apply light pressure it is perfect.

Not great for fabric
If your buying for fabric transfer get the white instead; the yellow is for metals and rubbed off the fabric continuously.
