Grabber Hand Warmers, 40 Pairs

We bought the Grabber brand of hand warmers during a power outage (we had no heat), and they were splendid! So when I developed "tennis elbow" and wanted to apply heat without being tied to an outlet, I sprang for these again. I haven't used any other brands, so I can't say what their merits are. But Grabbers are great. Probably their best feature is that they last a long time; it says on the package "10+ hours" -- I wouldn't go that far, but they do last a good 6 to 7 hours, during which time they stay hot. Not too hot to burn your skin, but hot enough to keep your hands (or whatever else) very warm. I haven't tried them on any other body parts -- just hands and elbow -- and for both they've been wonderful.They're about 2.5 x 3.5 inches -- it says "large" on the package but to me aren't large (it's hard to imagine a smaller hand warmer) and pretty flat. We don't have small children, but parents should keep the packages out of sight and reach -- the package says only "environmentally safe," and I wouldn't recommend munching on the contents.

I bought this product for my husbands hunting trip to Main last November. This brand is always reliable! And the grabbers stay hot for a long time! I chose to buy a box instead of the individual packs in the store. I don’t know why I hadn’t thought to do that sooner!

I didn't buy this to warm my hands. I buy precooked meat and keep it awhile in the fridge as I eat just a little bit at a time. The meat came shipped with an oxygen absorber to help keep it fresh. I looked into what was actually in oxygen absorbers and it was really simple: iron filings, salt, and a little water. Basically the food is protected by the iron when it absorbs oxygen in the process of rusting. Pretty "high tech", eh? In any case, these hand warmers have the same ingredients but cost a lot less, so I just put one or two in the plastic storage container that holds the sliced meat and things last a lot longer. One warmer lasts about 3-5 days as I suspect a little oxygen is leaking through the plastic of the container.So, all in all, a good second use for a well made and inexpensive product.

Grabbers' real large hand warmers (2.5"x3.5", 10+ hours) are great for skiing and I used them many times.These warmers from martysbingo are advertised as large size but I just got them and they are NOT large. They are the regular size warmers (2.5"x3", up to 10 hours), even though all the pictures on the page are of the large warmers.In addition, the expiration date is 10/23 - less than a year. I have warmers from 2021 that have a longer expiration date, and for comparison, I just got Grabber toe warmers sold by Amazon and their expiration is 01/26.Don't buy these from martysbingo!

True warmth

I’ve bought this previously and we love them but the last package I bought was expired and I requested a replacement BUT when I received the replacement I checked the expiration date and IT’S EXPIRED TOO!!!! I understand we are only human everyone makes mistakes but to do the same mistake with the replacement it’s just careless!!!

They work

Toe ones are better because they stick and re-stick.

Size is ok, fits any glove size, practical, not bulky and functional for cold days. Be sure about +10 hour heat....
