Beautyrest Black Natasha Plush Pillow Top Mattress, King

Have had one for 2 months and am very happy. I was unsure about which one to get , this version or the firm pillow top, but took a chance and am pleased with this one. Very comfortable, seems very "dense" as it a very heavy mattress. A very soft sleep, but you don't sink into the mattress , just a gentle support of your body. Would loved to have tried several types before buying, but unfortunately location makes this impossible. Local retailers simply don't stock higher end mattresses . I really think the solution to buying a mattress is flying to a city like New York and spending a few days in the huge mattress superstores there to make an informed decision. As you spend 1/3 of your life in bed, it would be money well spent.

Great mattress and worth the money. It is extremely heavy so have help to get it upstairs. Overall my wife and I are having a great night sleep. The Mattress does keep cool all night long, and if either of us has to get up in the night the mattress will stay put and not disturb your partner. The mattress also fits to an adjustable bed. I recommend purchasing some nice 1000+ egyptian cotton sheets with and oversize goos down comforter and like the previous lady stated....."You wont want to get out of bed"....even our two year old trys staying in the bed with us :)Also shout out to USM the Seller. They quickly hired a dedicated trucking company that delivered into my house. The shipping was great and Pilot (Trucking Company) was prompt and courteous. They called with updates, and found a time frame that fit my schedule to deliver.I never buy items this large, and expensive online, but this was totally worth it.

I usually don't appreciate reviews that are low that have nothing to do with the actual product. However, in this case, it is relevant. You are ordering a huge piece of furniture and how it is delivered is vital to your purchase decision. This one doesn't work like every other UPS delivery so be aware. It will not be delivered in 2 days. It took over two weeks and by a small trucking company.First, the delivery company called me a few days ahead of delivery and told me I needed to be home between 9am and 4pm and that they would call with 30 minutes notice. I asked if they could call the day before and give me a 1-2 hour window. They did not. I got a call on the day that said, "We'll be there in 10 minutes."This was a king size mattress. Very heavy and difficult for two men to move. The two men claimed they were only going to deliver the mattress and would not bring it inside. "We are not 'White Glove' movers." My wife and I could certainly not move the mattress inside and put it on the frame. I offered them $10 a piece to spend 10 extra minutes to bring it in. They wanted $20 each. I told them to forget it and refused to sign their sheet. They threatened to take the mattress back but decided not to. Luckily for me my neighbor was just coming by and offered to help me.Having said all that, the mattress is very nice. Firm but like sleeping on a cloud.

We are only a week into owning this bed but have already discussed returning itI find you kinda sink into the bed then if you try to move your stuck in a holeAlso we have both found the bed is hot although it has these 2 temp controlled layers yet we both have noticed it harbors quite a bit of heat at night. I also think it's too soft for being a luxury firmOn a positive note it definitely doesn't move around if my husband moves in his sleep which is greatStill up in the air on if I'll return it ..

This is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. My parents visited and slept on my mattress and I had to buy them one to get them to leave!

We tried the Purple 3 King Size mattress. It was nice but we didn't feel the price matched the sleep experience so we returned it for the Beautyrest Black Natasha Plush Pillow Top Mattress, King. We have been very please with our decision.

Just what I needed... No more aches and pain waking up in the morning.

DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS! I spent over 3k on it less than a year ago. It has been sinking more and more everyday. I now have back pain and Dr bills. If you put your fist into it anywhere on the mattress it practically reaches the bottom. I have slept on this mattress only half the time as I travel the other half. When I wake up in hotel rooms, I never have the excruciating back pain that I have as when I climb out of the sinking holes in this mattress. Simmons mattress company refuses to honor their warranty claiming there is nothing wrong with the mattress and it is supposed to do this. This is probably the worst purchase I have ever made and the most dissapointing company I have ever dealt with. I hope I save someone the frustration that I have now.
