I have been using another pricier brand from an online drug store. They came in a cheap cardboard box with the swabs in paper bags. The sticks on this name brand were very weak with an almost splintery shaft and the cotton on the head had a lot of frizz.These beat my name brand hands down. The sticks are nice and round. They almost look polished so there is no chance of splinters. The cotton is smooth and tightly stuck to the stick. Not a broken shaft so far.A possible downside for some may be that they come in a zip lock bag, but I like the bag.It is a nice, thick, almost industrial type of bag with a strong zipper and a wider area at the top to grip the bag to open it.I bought a 200-swab bag as a test of quality and was not disappointed. I will definitely be buying a larger quantity in the future.It is both irritating and sad that my more expensive, USA made swabs were of such inferior quality.

The sticks are so weak it almost makes these things useless. Don't waste your money on these.

Great quality

These are great for cleaning hard to reach places. They aren't the sturdiest, so you can't get too aggressive or they will snap. But overall they are nice to have in the house.

It works for what I wanted it for.
