Swifty Scooters SwiftyAIR MK2 | All terrain off road premium adult push kick scooter, 16 inch wheel front rear brakes

So need to come clean, thsi is the second Swift Scooter mk2 Air I have. I got this for my daughter who loved riding mine (black) and boy I think hers is better. I don't know if its had minor improvemenst on is a later frame but it feels even snappier to ride than mine.And thats the things about these scooters. They feel really snappy and fun. And unlike a tiny wheels trick scooter you can go off road on them. So far we've done a skatepark, canal path, roads street and I've done some small dirt trails/downhill on mine. Through it all its stayed very solid. The build quality is amazing.Now, its a scooter so of course i'm gonna do tricks. Manuals. Manuals are possible on this beast. I can't do em for very far yet and the balance point is tiny but its possible. Nose wheelies and stoppies, you cna do them too. I even started learnign to footjam tail whip mine today. After 10 attempts (bar ein mind I despite riding a BMX for years I never learned them!) I'm so close to landing it, it hurts!, but its definitely possible.These Scooters sit in some odd middle place between a 10" BMX and a modern trick scooter, able to tap into both worlds. hell if you put pegs on this I'm pretty sure you could throw some flat land tricks out on this. Though about all I can do is nohander it for a few seconds haha.To sum up I would definitely recommedn these scooters if you wanna mess about, learn some simple tricks or bomb it down a hill. Or commute to work. Yo can use em for that too!

The rear wheel rim is not properly aligned with the hub causing the rear brake to snatch and slip. Lost a star.The steering head goes tight for some reason even after multiple adjustments. I have not been able to discover why this may be but it is worrying. Lost a star.The handlebar does not seem to be height adjustable. At 5' 8" I would prefer to be able to adjust it higher.I thought this scooter could be folded-up like most of the other models but I guess that was my mistake. NOTE this model cannot be folded-up.It is light, stable up to speeds too fast to kick through, smooth running, stops okay and it is fast. Hence the 3 stars.

I do like all terrain kick scooters as I enjoy going out scooting with my son, and have tried many different brands and types; Osprey, Razor, Mibo, Go-Ped, Yedoo, Mongoose and Swifty. The Swifty AIR MK2 is my favourite of them all. The build quality is superb and the design is perfect. It doesn't over flex or rattle, all of the fittings are tight and precise. One thing that never ceases to amaze me with this scooter is how light it is considering how tough it is built. If you are looking for a no-nonsense, tough and capable all terrain scooter, then do yourself a favour and get the Swifty AIR MK2. I have spent too much money over the years trying to find a good scooter and after much testing, buying and selling, I have finally found the best. I wish I had found this one first!........and I am in no way affiliated with the company........just a dad who enjoys scooting with his son.

I chose the Swifty specifically to go off road across a golf course and local park on my commute. It has proven perfect for this, coping well with mud gravel etc. Brakes are v powerful and work well down steep hills. It is quite heavy but this makes it robust. I used to commute on an adult Micro scooter and my journey time has now shortened and I no longer arrive shaken to pieces. I wish more people would stop talking about going green when the solutions are already there, I use the Swifty for all my short journeys now.

The Swift Air 2 Scooter is superbly made using quality lightweight materials. Easy to complete the assembly as there are excellent Youtube videos to access to help you every step of the way. I use it every day as part of my fitness routine, this gives a far better workout than walking or cycling. I suffer with arthritis in my knees and scooting makes the exercise pain free for them. Very good value too!!
