Easter is approaching and I was looking for a chick mould to design some cupcakes. I bake for a living and like to make things myself instead of buying ready made and these are perfect for that. I will colour some white chocolate yellow, make the moulds then paint the beaks and other little details on using edible tints and cocoa butter. I love that you get four moulds in the pack because you can make lot's at a time. Each tray has sixteen cavities - that's A LOT of baby ducks! The trays are not overly thick but are easy to handle and work with and each chick is around an inch tall - perfectly sized to make a statement on cupcakes or to place on and around a full sized Easter themed cake or a Baby Shower one. Lot's of different uses and ideas can be brought to life with these nicely detailed, perfect little ducks.
