It was a housewarming gift and they LOVED it. I put it in an 11x 14 frame with a white border. Beautiful! I gave the review a 4 because it was a little pricey for the material it is made of.

I love this but the black is a textured shiny black so unless you put it in a frame with no glare glass it doesn’t really pass as chalkboard.

Beautiful piece but smaller than anticipated. I put it in an 11x18 black Frame with a black mat and it looks great. This will be a Christmas gift for my sister.

This arrived exactly as described. Unfortunately, I did not read through the description very well when I bought it - LOL... I saw the price and a picture of the product framed and thought it would be much more substantial. Had I looked through ALL of the pictures provided, I would have seen that it was very thin and unsubstantial (ready for framing, but not really useful on its own). It was my mistake. That being said, the quality of the piece is very nice. It's exactly the size that was portrayed in the pictures and I thought the text looked just fine. So, ultimately my only real complaint is that it's very expensive for what it is - I might have expected to pay $10-$12 for something like this, but it was $20 (and I bought two of them for two housewarmings...). Serves me right for not paying closer attention...

This was a perfect gift for a first time home owner! It words are so precious and truly a beautiful way to express how you feel about you friend and family!

I saw it when I went to visit and it it's okay... but very insubstantial. I expected it to at least look like more than a card. She had it stuck to the wall somehow but unframed and no mat. I think it would be a better product on wood or else in some sort of frame. As a housewarming gift it sort of sucked. If I owned it, I'd put it in a frame. It is light weight and feels flimsy and I can see that in her home it will be destroyed in no time because she can't figure out what to do with it. I was very disappointed.. not in the design or the saying but in what it was for the $. It should have been $10 or even less.

This was a house warming gift and they loved it. Very nicely made and perfect size for any room. I did purchase a white 11x14 old looking frame to make it seem even larger and it was perfect.

It's a nice gift, but it is very overpriced for what it's made of. It's heavy poster board, not slate or wood. I thought the saying on it was very nice as a housewarming gift, but I thought it was kind of cheap in it's feel. I ended up buying a nice frame and putting this inside. It fits in a standard 8X11" frame, and I removed the glass. Looked nice. Overall, I would say it's nice but way overpriced.
