Easy to swallow! Delivery time as promised.It is my opinion that Amino acids are essential to a lot of different body systems. I had my parents, who are in their 80’s start Amino acids 25 years ago. They both are still very active and healthy. They contribute their wellness and the ability to be so active on Amino Acids!Research them see if they would benefit you too . They are worth a try.

I'm a physician/MD who does detailed intracellular vitamin/minerals/amino acids testing. The testing we use is very accurate and HHS/FDA validated. We test almost all amino acids and deal with at times severe issues from those deficiencies. This covers the gamut and has more aminos than we even test for -- and it works (though severe cases we tell to take up to 3/day). We have validated this product over and over with pre and post lab results. Plus the patients feel immensely better and normal. And men -- if you are having lots of sex or or working out hard -- you should take this product. Enuff said I guess. Good luck out there.

I don't know if they work yet. Never tried them but i really like Klaire Labs products. They make good enzymes and they are pure and not additives or fillers. They cater to people with allergies and celiac or gluten intolerance.

Previously, I had written that I suspected a health problem from this product. Fact is, I did a process of elimination, and the problem did NOT stem from Klaire Labs Amino Acids Complete! To my knowledge, I had no problem with this product, and I will probably continue using it.
