To sharp but over all good knives

These paring knives are great. I just re-ordered the second time. They are colorful and super sharp, so be careful. My original ordered knives are still very sharp after two years. The only reason I reordered is I keep leaving them at friends' homes and I don't seem to get them back. These are also a great gift for any cook and are a nice touch in a basket of kitchen tools for a wedding gift.

I bought these to keep in my lunch box and was interested in a knife with a cover. These are great for that purpose and on the plus side the cover clips on keeping to knife from slipping out and puncturing my soft lunch box. Blade has also been proved to hold its edge and is reasonable sharp.

These knives were super sharp and very lightweight. I love the cases provided. Great value!!

I like the safety of the cover both in storage at home and when I take food with me that needs to be cut or peeled. I have been using this style for several years, would prefer no yellow or all blues or reds.

As of now, I have had the paring knives for about a month and they work great! However, I do have concerns that they will start rusting soon based off the little Progressive "P" on the end of the knives' handles. I do dry this portion right after they are washed and do not just let the knives sit in water in the sink as well.

OK FOR ME any flaws and all. Needed new UTILITY KITCHEN KNIFE for prepping my dogs food.Luke all cheap as well as very expensive knives I've used, all FAILED TO KEEP ME FROM LOSING IT SOMEWHERE IN KITCHEN.MAYBE (hope at least) bright colors will help my my pretty close to 100% losing things.But had bright colored cheap knife sets before and finally all now lost, hence this "lowest price" number one search factor, not all that sharp, but able to use to prep my dogs meat (human grade ground turkey from human grocery stores. Not as expensive as you think.. And way safer than commercial dog food which has had a problem killing dogs over the years due to dog food companyies only following non human grade food)I have a HUGE American Pit Bull Terrier (not a pit bull that people illegally use in dog fighting while they wait on earth for their eternity in hell)My dog is oveg 16 years old (was a rescue so not sure of exact age)But hip displacia is taking a toll, he has and remains otherwise still healthy. I think it's the human FDA standards for food safety.Likewise I feel these very inexpensive (cheap knives.. After use.. Are good enough for using with my precious dog food prep.

Have not had these knives long enough to determine they were worth the buy, but so far we are pleased with them. Time will tell.
