Does this fit the larger table from ikea?

The clamp is adjustable to fit a wide range of thickness, but without knowing the dimensions of "the larger table from ikea" it's impossible to know for certain. Will this fit an iphone 11?

I have the iphone 12 pro and it fits even though I have to remove my case for it to hold it securely so it should easily fit the 11, but it should tell you in the description which iphones will fit best.

I know that this can clamp to a horizontal surface but would it be possible for it to clamp to a vertical surface?

Yep! Provided it isn't too thick. I clamped it to a 2x4 stud and it was strong enough to hold my Note 20 up. Anything thicker than a 2x4 might be too wide for the clamp
