Simple, very good motion detector.
Not an over-engineered motion detector. Simple to connect, and set up as it has an initial 5 minute window for first time adjustment. Reliable, worth the price. Used by contractors as they rarely fail or have issues. Just a good product.

Great security outdoor light.
Good quality, need some electrical knowledge to install, functions perfectly and is as bright as the lights you choose to use since it does not come with bulbs. Is a good value.

Unsatisfactory is the best I can say
I bought 2 sets in July for illuminating my driveway and parking area.They were replacing older units 9 years old (not RAB). Set #1 works if you walk under it 8 to 10 feet away and it will stay on for 10 minutes. But it doesn't always come on, even with the cars going by fast or slow. The other, set #2, doesn't come on unless I wave my arms round and round and I can't get it to stay on 20 seconds. They both can be adjusted for sensitivity and how long you want them to stay on. (I have climbed my ladder many times trying to get them working properly) #2 is really poor. Don't waste your money on this product.

Great Product
These lights are easy to installl and they work great. These were better than the ones available at Lowes and Home Depot. I particularly like them because you can mount them on a wall or you can mount them on a ceiling (Soffit mount). Most others do not offer this option.

Defective after 4 months
The RAB Lighting LU300 worked fine for the first 3-4 months, but now it illuminates during the day OR night,whenever there is motion. It illuminates for 5 seconds during the motion, then turns off. It won't illuminate for any longer, no matter what setting that I adjust. It seems to be stuck in "TEST" mode. I've contacted the manufacturer countless times, but they haven't responded. Be wary of this product.

Get something else.
Junk. Find something else. Had one and the sensor circuit board burned up - the plastic housing melted. Bought a replacement and after a few months the timer is now malfunctioning. It comes on for five seconds regardless of where the timer adjustment control is set.
