So far so good. New life to an old drill.
I have a Craftsman Drill from the 90s which is still in use today. The drill itself works well, but the Ni-Mh batteries that were originally purchased with the drill finally failed out. I purchased these Lithium batteries and charger as a replacement. So far, these batteries have been holding up very well in terms of maintaining a charge. They recharge quickly, too. The electrical terminals in the battery rattle a little bit when the battery is not installed, but once installed, the battery fits into the tool nicely, actually decreases the weight a bit compared to the original Ni-Nh packs, and there is no rattling. The batteries come with a charge indicator which is very handy. That's something I didn't have with the Ni-Mh packs, and you'd have to guess the charge based on how much power the tool is putting out.

Good replacement for my old Craftsman battery packs
Very reasonably priced and works perfecly with my old Craftsman drills and small circular saw. The charger is far superior to the original unit (which allowed the nicad packs to get too hot during charging), and even charges my one remaining nicad pack well. The new battery packs fit perfectly and the run time is good (although I have not done any quantitive testing). I have to confess that I almost immediately took the units apart to look at the build quantity (which you probably should NOT do as it likely voids the warranty). I was pleased with what I saw. Very solid. (And yes, they still work fine after I put them back together.) I hated the idea of trashing the old drills and buying new ones just to get the new battery technology, and these units were an excellent solution for keeping the old tools going.

Arrived on time. Both Batteries operated my drill and the charger operates as it should. Time will tell if good or not.
