Great Tool
This is a great tool. I think I want to order more.

solid construction and effective tools
Note: There seem to be reviews of two different versions of this tool. The older version has a claw on the hammer. Mine does not, but forms pliers between the axe and hammer tools (something I did not realize in my video). This is a multi-purpose "Swiss Army" type tool which combines a hammer, pliers, axe, knife, screwdriver, saw, and bottle opener in one. The size is sufficient to make it easy to use the larger tools (axe and hammer) and it's not too heavy (14 oz.) nor too lightweight as to feel flimsy. I tested the tools with the greatest potential to be ineffective (the saw and axe) and found that they performed well for their size. I am confident that this would allow me to cut off branches or chop small bits of firewood. I think it could progressive cut through even large pieces of wood or rope, but it'd take awhile because the axe head isn't enormous. The construction of this is very solid. The handle is wood (something I didn't know in my video, but is in the product explanation), but seems to be finished very smoothly (which is why I thought it was resin). The smooth and sealed finish makes me think it's unlikely to crack. The tools move smoothly and are easy to pull out of the handle or put back in. All of the rivets are secure. None of the tools are loose or weak. All of them can take pressure commensurate with the tasks the tool is designed to carry out. I think this is a very nice choice for camping or as an emergency tool to keep in your car (which is my planned use of it). Note: I received a free sample of this product for my assessment.

Cute *little* MultiTool that is handy for small jobs
This Rose Kuli Portable Multipurpose MultiTool was heavier than expected, and the ax is sharp. It is small but would be a super handy tool to keep in the car or boat. The wood handle is nice and the knife tool is sharp too. I had my husband inspect it from a man's point of view, and he said he would have loved it as a teen. Would be a perfect gift for the outdoor kid; that hopefully has common sense too, as to not cut, him or her, self with the sharp edges. It would be great for the big adult kids too, keep with your camping gear, or boat. BUT -- no corkscrew, took away one-star for not having that handy little feature. Has a bottle opener though, and a nice little nylon pouch, and a little cover for the sharp as end. I should have taken a photo of the chop marks it made in the redwood log that I used in the photos. I purchased this as a gift for a hiking friend, but deemed it too heavy for hiking, so gifting it to my camping friend, whom I am pretty sure will love it. Keep in mind, it will not help you build a cabin in the woods, but you could probably chop some small kindling, hammer in the tent stakes, tighten or loosen a screw, and then crack open a cold one by the river after setting up camp! And, I have a feeling ladies will like this more than big burly lumberjack-type men. PS: Don't forget to pack the corkscrew!!

Perfect for my 72 hour kit
Great for my buck and what I needed it for! It says it does a lot more than what it really does. But it’s OK. I only needed it for a couple of big things and it’s pretty sturdy.

Can you really go wrong for $12?!? C’mon... just buy it! You know you want to.
For $12 I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered it but thought it could be useful to keep in my truck as it’s an all-in-one ‘mini tool box’ that might come in handy some day. I was very impressed with the quality and sturdiness of it right out of the box. For the price, even if I never used it, it’s peace of mind knowing that I have it in my glove compartment should a need ever arise. In less than 24 hours I needed a hammer to fit into a small, tight space while fixing something for my parents. The regular size hammer was too big and I couldn’t get the job done. I went to my truck, pulled the took out of my glove compartment and finished the job. It’s already paid for itself within 24 hours! You’re not going to use this to nail in studs and sheetrock or take down that tree you’ve been meaning to clear, but for light use in a pinch, this should do the job. I’m not big into camping and consider a two-start hotel with HBO roughing it, however, I can see this being very useful for camping and hiking. Too bad this wasn’t in the box that washed up for Tom Hanks in ‘Castaway’ or else he’d be all set (once he mastered making fire). I decided to buy 3 more to give to each of my kids to keep in their vehicles or to use when they go camping, hiking or rock climbing. How could you go wrong for $12!?! I’m going to keep them in mind for small gifts as well.

Check It When You Get It.
So, I bought this thinking it'd be a handy tool to carry around for many reasons- to do a quick fix-up for my car or my instrument, self defense, camping, etc., and the $12 price and multiple reviews really caught my attention. So, I bought this confidently and with high hopes. Upon arrival, I was a little let down by the actual quality of the tool itself. It's a decent size and weight, and everything functions in an okay manner, but it's obviously poorly made. You can see the flaws and warps on the hammer from when it was shaped, and the ax was dull and still had the notch on its edge. Its cap also falls off if you move the tool the wrong way- I've been applying more pressure onto the cap and wedging it on as much as I can, but the rubber the cap is made of is weak, worn, and not well-made. The plier's pretty cool- the latch holding it shut is a little too stuck-on the handle, but better safe than sorry. The rest of the tools looked worn, and the knife/saw parts were also pretty dulled. At first, I thought all of these were because it was used, so I went to an old employee at Leatherman (who is also a woodworker and engineer) to get his diagnosis on it. The quality is what you get for a $12 Amazon tool, and is okay for smaller camping jobs, but not too useful as it came. I'm questioning whether or not to just sharpen it/get it fixed up by someone, or return it and get a refund, because it'd be a bit more of a struggle to use than you'd think- especially if you're just starting to use stuff like this (like me).
