I don't usually write reviews, but 10 mins after taking this out of the box, I decided to share my positive experience. I bought this as a book stand (to read in bed) It is perfect. So easy to assemble. I am able to easily adjust the height and angle. the base makes it super comfortable to place between your legs so the top remains stable. I also like that the little clips to hold the pages aren't that high, so they don't cover the print. I also put my 15 inch MB pro on the stand. I am now siting in bed with the stand typing on my Mb pro. The angle is perfect. I now don't have to look down and strain my neck while typing (or get those nasty neck wrinkles) I also like that the reinforcements in the front can be adjusted for typing. There are two heights that you can use to prevent your laptop from falling foward. The lower height does not interfere at all with your forearm comfort while typing. This is a 10/10 for me! If you are looking for the perfect stand to use while sitting on the couch or in bed, this is it.

The media could not be loaded.  When I first get it I thought it was good enough.Actually it serves me for two months, but now, after the two months it's bottom connection get loose and I always need to connect it again during my studies on the drive to work.I suppose that I need something stronger for this purpose 😭So, I think it's more for non pressure uses and the producers suppose to mark it strictly.

As I get older I find it problematic to hold a book on my lap, as looking down to read for long periods hurts my neck. This solves the issue. I've used it for paperbacks and hardback books, both work well. I can adjust the height to whatever works best and also adjust the angle of the book, so it's even with my eyes. I expect to get alot of use out of this and am very happy with the purchase.

This stand is perfect for reading without holding the book and I placed a rubber band around the entire stand and book to hold the pages back. Wish the stand had a cord to do that but it didn't. So I made my own. It is good to hold instructions while you are putting an item together or crocheting. You just place it in between your legs and go to work with whatever you are doing.

This desk (for the lack of a better word) feels cheap and flimsy - especially considering the cost. It wobbles when you type. The base is too light to provide adequate support. The cheap plasticky feel make me regret spending 40+ dollars on this.But if sturdiness were not an issue, I would keep one in my car and another in my bedroom all the time. It’s useful as a laptop/tablet stand as well as an easy way to read books when you don’t feel like going to your desk.I used it with a 13” MacBook Air, and I imagine the lack of sturdiness would be more prominent with heavier laptops.

I do not know why people say it is not steady. For reading stand , it is steady enough. And it is easy to adjust the top angle. The video shows the top part is very loose. I have the same issue until I give a strong push to hear a loud click sound. After install correctly, It works perfectly.

Use it everyday when working in my recliner. Can change angle easily for comfort.

Item is of good quality. All parts working well. Kids used it often for reading and using Ipad. No more straining.

Easy to assemble. It keeps my iPad or book right at eye level which is what I wanted. It swivels easily to adjust to degree I need. I recommend it highly.
