I've only been taking it now for almost a week and I have noticed that the swelling has gone down on my thyroid. My neck was distended in the front a little bit. My hair was falling out and I had been sleeping a lot. I went to the doctor and my blood test said that I had hypothyroidism. Not a heavy level of hypothyroidism but it was slightly over normal level. They put me on a medicine that literally put me into hyperthyroidism. It is easy to take- small tablet but I have no idea if it’s helping to unclog my lymph nodes

My cholesterol levels reduced by 20 points after taking this product for about 6 weeks - which is why I started taking this product (in addition to adopting other Ayurvedic habits in my daily routine). I experienced some detoxification effects from taking this product, which was to be expected when you are cleaning up your system. These are powerful little tablets and could only take 1 tablet twice a day. Any more than that and the detoxification was too much too fast. I will continue to use in my seasonal cleanse routines. Very happy.
