Great first thing in the AM with creatine and before coffee.
I love this first thing in the morning before I drink coffee to ensure I'm properly hydrated. I've also started adding my creatine to it which has helped me not forget to take it every day.Taste wise it reminds me of lemon squash I used to drink as a kid so very easy to put down.I like how it doesn't contain any artificial nasties and also has one of the more bioavailable forms of magnesium.I can genuinely say this feels like it's had a positive impact on my mornings, especially with my fasted 1 hour incline walk that I try to tick off every day.It is a little on the expensive side for a one off purchase, however with the subscribe option I think it works out to be very reasonable and overall I'd definitely recommend.

The best isotonic electrolyte powder I have used
I love this stuff! Proper 'old skool' electrolyte powder that's almost medicinal in its effect. I drink it and feel myself rehydrate. I recently returned to Judo after 10yrs away and train a couple of times a week, with one session focused on randori (sparring). IMHO, 90mins of hard randori in a hot and sweaty Dojo is one of the most energy sapping and dehydrating physical activities you can do. Rehydrating using Ultimate Electrolytes at the recommended use - 1 1/2 scoops in a 750ml water bottle - I was able to keep my energy levels up and recovered quicker than using just water or a regular sports drink. Reinforced the facts that you need to be hydrated to perform well in high intensity physical activity and that nothing hydrates faster than a good isotonic electrolyte water mix. Ultimate Electrolytes isn't cheap but it's worth it.

Good quality electrolytes but pricey
I’ve been using various electrolyte products—both flavored and unflavored—for the past 5-6 years, especially during my long Marathon and Half-Marathon runs. My favorite brand from the U.S. works well but is quite expensive and not readily available. After experiencing stomach issues with a flavored electrolyte from a different popular US brand, I started looking for a high-quality unflavored option. 2 years back I also used UK based unflavoured fasting salts but ingredients were not of higher quality (in particular Magnesium).Since I’ve used multiple products from LLS over the years, I first tried their unflavored electrolyte capsules before switching to this direct powder. My review is based on my experience with this product and how it compares to their Electrolyte Balance Capsules.Pros:1. Trusted Brand – LLS is known for producing high-quality supplements, and their professional packaging and communication reflect that.2. Effective Hydration – Whether on the treadmill or running outdoors, this powder helps keep me hydrated and reduces muscle fatigue.3. Unflavored & Gentle on Stomach – Unlike some flavored electrolytes, this one doesn’t cause stomach discomfort, making it ideal for long runs. Do not want to spend money on flavored one if this causes a stomach issue (however, if there is any samples introduced by LLS allows to try and see which ones gentle as in long runs flavored ones may make it easy to gulp the sips)✅ More Convenient Than Capsules – While capsules are great for portability, I often found myself opening them to mix the powder into water. Having the powder directly available is much more practical, especially for long-distance runs.Cons:1. Expensive for Regular Use (hence 1star deduction) – While the quality is great, the price is on the higher side (almost £1 per day - Supplementing with Himalayan salt and a good Mg supplement may make it cheaper?). For making it be used regularly, LLS should consider making it more affordable.2 Scoop Size Issue – The provided scoop is larger than the recommended 3.2g serving, requiring users to measure out only half a scoop. A correctly sized scoop would make dosing easier and more convenient.Overall, this is a high-quality electrolyte supplement that works well for endurance athletes, but a price adjustment and a properly sized scoop would make it even better. Also provided side-by-side comparison of electrolytes and its content between their capsules and Ultimate electrolytes.

Lovely flavour and great support during water fasting
I've been using this electrolytes powder for over a month, every other day for supplementations during water fasting combined with intermittent fasting. Loved the subtle salty taste given by the Himalayan salt and the orange/ lime flavour. Slightly bit too sweet for my palate although not over powering. I just diluted it in extra bit of water than recommended. The magnesium malate was a plus since i've suffered some tissue damage through an accident. The powder dissolves very easily and quickly. I've been using it as part of my water fasting/ intermittent fasting as part of recovery post fractured ankle surgery (the emphasis on autophagy). It's worked very well for me and I didn't get my hands and feet swollen up as it happened previously from using another brand electrolytes blend that contained sodium bicarbonate (!). Just perfect simple blend of the essential ingredients for best electrolytes blend. Highly recommended.

Electrolytes that work and taste epic!
This product is interesting - firstly, the watermelon flavour is unbelievably nice. I didn’t expect for it to be as great as it is. I even use it to make a watermelon flavoured green tea on an odd morning - if that gives you an idea of how palatable it is. The other main thing about these electrolytes is that I genuinely find that they’ve made an impact on my recovery from strength training. The tub is smaller than I expected, but that’s actually a good thing - there’s plenty in there as you don’t need a lot with each serving. If you’re on the fence, I’d say give it a go and see if taking even a small amount during a workout makes a difference for you. Well done LLS - this is good stuff!
