Throttle Tamer Tube for Suzuki V-Strom & SV 1000

This did the trick for the twitchy first few degrees of throttle on my 2018 Vstrom 1000. It wasn't a night and day difference but a very minor refinement to the throttle action right off the closed position. Highly worth it and made a great bike even better!

The throttle tamer tube did what it was supposed to - made it much easier to be smooth at low throttle, in parking lots or creeping in traffic it is much harder to get a jerky throttle response. This one is on a DL650. I think my Ducati needs one as well. I did have one instance where old reflexes betrayed me, and I didn't accelerate out of the way of suddenly oncoming traffic as quickly as I intended - but that was the first day. Top end works just as always, no noticeable difference in total angle from 0 to WOT.

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THE G2 IS THAT IT WORKS VERY WELL! IT PRETTY MUCH JUST KEEPS THE BIKE(2017 VSTROM 650 ) FROM JERKING ON AND OFF ROAD AT LOW SPEED . GIVE IT A LITTLE MORE GAS AND IT IS READY TO GO . BASICALLY ITS JUST WHAT THE DOCTOR ORDERED.

I bought this for my son. He was absolutely amazed at the additional performance! A good product and a real surprise!

I installed this to eliminate the throttle "snatch" and it works perfectly. Throttle now is very smooth, no more jerky rocking horse. Very happy with this purchase.

It works well as promised to soften the control of the bike, especially during acceleration.
