Hunan taste.
Delicious. Reminds me of SF Hunan. Makes great hot oil. Not quite hot enough but I have a very high tolerance to spicy. Just scratches the itch for Hunan/Scheuzan flavor.

Excellent flavor, not too hot
This is ideal for creating your own spice blends or using straight where you're looking for a lot of chili flavor but don't want your friends and family to suffer in pain. I love the flakes, there's a low percentage of seeds, and the color is amazing, about like a very deep red paprika. Using it with butter on breads, the color runs just a bit and helps to add highlights and a toasty look that is eye candy for foodies. Makes a great finishing seasoning.

Great value
This is the best quality for the price and tastes great. I use this to make homemade chili oil and it's one of the main ingredients. Highly recommend it!
